File Creation
PDF
To ensure that your job is produced accurately and on schedule we ask that you create a print ready PDF. If for some reason you are unable to provide a print ready PDF, please contact us prior to submitting a file. Our workflow is 100% PDF, when you create a print ready PDF you are eliminating many of the font and graphic errors that can occur when trying to load and print native files.

Fonts
All fonts should be embedded.
This can be verified prior to sending us your file by going to Document Properties and viewing fonts. All of the fonts listed must indicate that they are embedded.

Graphics
Graphics and photos should have a resolution of 300 dpi. Higher resolution is not necessary, but lower resolution than 300 dpi will result in poor print reproduction.
Full color printing
Full color printing should contain only CMYK colors. Please do not use RGB or spot colors when creating jobs for full color printing. Full color jobs that contain spot colors or RGB colors will be converted to CMYK and may have unpredictable reproduction results.
Document size
Without ink bleed: (white border on all 4 sides)
The PDF should be the same size as your page size in your native program. A print margin (a non-print area) of 5/16 should be maintained on all 4 edges of the document. Crop marks are not necessary.
With ink bleed: (ink goes to the very edge of page)
The PDF will be larger than your page size in your native program to allow for ink bleed and crop marks. See example of document with ink bleeds and crop marks on the top of this page.
